If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), please let us know. Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.  Refunds or Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

PRODUCTS:

All UAR Products (See Exclusions).

POLICY AND APPLICABILITY:

All UAR product(s) must be shipped back in original packaging.  The returning product(s) must be unworn and arrive in good condition to be eligible for a refund.

EXCLUSIONS:

Product(s) purchased on our sale page, during a site wide sale or with an applied promotional discount are not eligible for returns.

Product(s) will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value or a refund of the purchased price.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling costs per order.  All domestic (US) returns will incur a 15% return fee.  The shipping fee is not refundable.  Proof of purchase is required.

All international returns require the customer to cover any shipping expenses incurred as part of the return process. The customer may use their preferred shipping courier (i.e. local postal service) to send the return package.  All international returns are also required to include tracking information. International returns are eligible for a full refund of the price at the time of purchase, less any customs, duties, shipping and handling fees from the original order and taxes incurred as part of the return process. Proof of purchase is required.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Email us for a warranty claim form through our warranty email. (warranty@urbanassaultracingchassis.com)
2. Upon receiving a warranty claim form, please fill out each section clearly and email the completed form back to us to begin the return process.
3. Pack in padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.  Product must arrive in good condition.
4. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.  Please expect 7 business days for your order to be processed once we receive the shipment.  You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed Urban Assault Racing Returns Department

Please Note: Urban Assault Racing will not be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete.  We typically send out replacements in 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return.  Urban Assault Racing also reserves the right to incur additional charges for any damages or missing components found upon return in a scenario deemed eligible for a refund.  All returning items shipped back to Urban Assault Racing should contain original contents (i.e. such as tags attached), be in an unworn condition and shipped with adequate protection.  Any item determined worn or damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will not be sent back. Once we find a resolution, you have 14 days to communicate with us with what you would like to do. After 14 days, the returned item(s) are subject to being thrown out or used for parts.  Urban Assault Racing reserves the right to change this policy without notice.
